Ballou shooter not guilty of murder

Thomas Boykin has been found not guilty of murder and assault with intent to kill. The jury hung on the manslaughter, and found Boykin guilty on three lesser charges: assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm and carrying an unlicensed pistol.
