I have a plan, part.... (I lost count)

Superintendent Janey has released details of his plan to improve D.C. schools.
Janey says he want to focus on three priorities: Teaching and learning, management systems and communications.

Some of his specific ideas include changing the time it takes for high school students to graduate, from three years to four or five years, if needed.

Janey is also proposing having high-performing charter schools run low-performing public schools.
Some actual details about the details here and here.
