Orange declares for mayor's race

Ward 5 Councilman Vincent Orange has become the second DC Councilman to declare themselves officially vying to become the Democratic candidate for Mayor (which, if they win means they're pretty much mayor by default). Orange joins Adrian Fenty in seeking to replace Mayor Williams in the 2006 election. And much like Fenty (and any other pol worth their salt) Orange is promoting education as a big part of his platform.
