Celebra la Ciencia's Eduacator's Open House

Celebra la Ciencia, a science outreach project targeting Latino students and families, invites teachers and educators from public schools, charter schools, and community/youth organizations to attend an Educator's Open House, Wed, Jan. 18, 4-6 p.m., at the main reception room at the National Council of La Raza, 1126 16th St., NW, Washington, DC. (near Farragut metro stops). In addition to refreshments, teachers can pick up many educational resources and talk directly with representatives from more than 20 museums and other educational organizations. Two $100 gift certificates for educational supplieds will be given away as door prizes.
