Why "the Hammer" keeps pounding
While there's much opposition to the changes that Chancellor Rhee is bringing to DCPS after reading about the results of a survey the Chancellor ordered to document those District schools that habitually under perform you may understand just why Rhee (with the full support of Mayor Fenty) are doing just what they're doing. Read the whole thing; its both enlightening and shameful.

Your link says "Read the whole thing." That's not the whole thing. That's a sensationalist article from the Washington Post. I'd love to read the whole thing. I'm quite certain it will never see the light of day.
